We are currently hiring an energetic and proactive Retail Supervisor to manage and oversee operations of our retail store. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for supervising store employees and assisting in training, delegating responsibilities and handling cash register transactions. Previous experience working in a retail environment is required.
Responsibilities:
- Help build and maintain a positive sales culture; Help lead the prevention of shoplifting; Help employees develop skills and grow professionally; Develop a sense of pride in their departments; Promote a fun and safe shopping experience.
