SUMMARY:

Our Senior Chain Analyst, Coordinator and Key Account Manager will be responsible for streamlining processes, analyzing multiple data sources to create insights and problem solve, working closely with cross-functional partners, and providing critical support to the Chain Division and its sales team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITES (additional responsibilities may be assigned):

- Establish relationships with key personnel at Key Accounts statewide including but not limited to Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Costco, Sam’s Club, Cost Plus World Market, Mapco, Twice Daily, Food City, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, etc.

- Prepare spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.

- Analyze inventory levels for all chain wine, beer, and non-alcoholic products to account for programming and trends.

- Organize, update, and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records in accordance with company standards.

- Prepare sales history, pricing information, and other reports and analysis on departmental performance to various levels of leadership.

- Maintain weekly and monthly chain spreadsheets and create reports for leadership to review.

- Develop and maintain systems to track and analyze all chain performances, executions, opportunities, and sales trends.

- Analyze multiple data sources to create insights and problem solve.

- Work closely with cross-functional partners to stay on top of in-market executions and the supporting data.

- Manage several administrative processes that support sales force execution.

- Identify and analyze trends in a variety of data sources to develop improvement for processes, forecasts, and planning.

- Leverage data from multiple sources to proactively identify risk, opportunity, and performance gaps that impact chain business performance.

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policy.

- Monitor and evaluate the activities of competition.

- Assist and participate in administrative assignments including but not limited to corporate proposals, programs, price quotations, delivery dates, and service obligations.

- Troubleshoot business process issues.

- Conduct benchmark analysis for key chain initiatives.

- Job duties include working nights and weekend on promotional activities and other account activities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Business Planning, or Statistical Modeling, required.

- Experience with IRI data preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
