Research Analyst Position needed for a remote full-time, staff opportunity with Yoh, reporting to the Iselin, NJ Branch Manager.
The Work You’ll Be Doing:
The Research Analyst will be a key member of the Iselin, NJ branch. They will be responsible for working with the recruiting and sales team to source candidates specific to Business Practices, Technology & Business roles and source potential client targets that are hiring for those specific roles. The RA will cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with all members of the overall practice team. The RA will utilize various sourcing practices and tools to uncover diverse talent in support of the overall practice strategy and provide them to the recruiting team for vetting, pipelining and lead generation. They will also use, identify and target potential clients and specific contacts and contact information for the Sales Team to pursue.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
1- Experience sourcing professional technical & business candidates from the business services community
2- Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and customer service skills.
3- Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
4- Proficiency and strength in the use of the desktop software, internet, & web based applications.
5- Excellent customer service and communication/writing skills, as well as the ability to work well with others
6- Great attitude and team player.
7- Successful completion of background screening process. (If applicable)
The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess:
1- Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Technology
2- 2+ years experience
Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks:
Visual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery.
Repetitive motion of any part of the body.
Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.
Ability to read complex documents in the English language.
Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
Ability to write complex documents in the English language.
Capacity to express thoughts orally.
