Remote HRIS Analyst - Oregon Residents

Responsibilities

  • Develops solutions and/or identifies potential solutions to enhance processes which may be in conjunction with IS and provides input on matters pertaining to policies and practices.
  • Provides reporting on HR data needs/metrics for a variety of customers, and provides training and system support for other HR staff members.
  • Maintains level of system expertise that allows thoughtful recommendations on expansion of the system to meet future needs.
  • Assesses, tests, implements and monitors assigned software applications and interfaces used in the HR functions.
  • Partners with IS in the maintenance of applications and interfaces.
  • Trouble shoots system errors/failures, data integrity checking, user support, training, system maintenance and scheduling. Serves as key participant in
  • the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches.
  • Modifies system as necessary for changes in benefit offerings or other HR initiatives.
  • Maintains Employee & Manager Self Service and other HR User Portal functionality.
  • Oversees departmental Process Flows & Reports. Keeps inventory of existing and requested Flows and Automatizations.
  • Partners with business owners to establish requirements and specifications of requested Flows and Reports and partners with IS to accomplish development, testing, and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Collaborative, hard working, positive approach, no negativity, no drama, very adaptable to change, re-shift focus on short notice
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable system and/or HR experience.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems
  • Prior experience with Lawson HR, BN, PR, and related modules.

Location: Work from home but needs to live in Oregon, can also work in office in Salem if preferred

Pay: $35 - $50

Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri

Duration: Perm
