Ramsey Solutions is looking for Relationship Managers to help serve existing sponsors and onboard new business!
What Winning Looks Like:
- Regular communication with existing and new sponsors
- Consistent renewal of the client relationship at the end of each term
- Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM
- Ability to effectively communicate and serve a wide variety of sponsors of our Foundations In Personal Finance curriculum
Skills Needed to Win:
- Prior sales experience is preferred
- Zero call reluctance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel on occasion
- Coachable, competitive and adaptable
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
