Regional Marketer - Healthcare Job at Recruit Secure
Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established and very stable Healthcare company that owns several Skilled Nursing Facilities and is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketer to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of these Skilled Nursing Homes – located in the Carolinas and Tennessee. This position can be managed from any one of the Skilled Nursing Home locations.
The successful candidate will develop strategic marking plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at each facility and enhance the company's brand. Responsibilities:
- Mentor, support, and train Marketing staff to interact with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, etc. to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Set goals and expectations of the marketing team for each SNF facility.
- Work with Admissions departments to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.
- Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
- Supervisory or Team Lead experience
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems,
- Ability to travel to all facility sites
