REGIONAL FLOAT CAREGIVERS -- Green Bay area

We are currently hiring Experienced Caregivers for our Regional Float positions. These Full Time positions provide services in programs throughout the Green Bay, Northeast WI Region. Due to the experience and flexibility required, these positions pay above our regular caregiver wage.

Details:

• Starting pay is $18.00/HR + Benefits
• 40-48 hours per week (Additional Overtime optional)
• Position will be scheduled on a bi-weekly basis, occasionally with requests to make adjustments during the schedule based on needs.
• May be scheduled at any program in Northeast WI. (Surrounding Green Bay and Fox Cities areas.)
• May be scheduled to work any shift. (Days, Nights, Weekends)
• May be scheduled to work with COVID+ individuals (Advanced PPE Provided).

Job Duties:

• Planning and participating in leisure activities with the individuals out in the community or within the home.
• Redirecting the individuals when exhibiting inappropriate behaviors.
• Transport and accompany individuals to activities as needed in company vehicles which may include a minivan, or wheelchair van.
• Participating in grocery shopping and preparing meals and snacks.
• Cleaning assigned areas of the home as well as completing laundry.
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, other hygiene, and daily living activities, which could include administering medications.
• Using devices such as Hoyer lifts, Sara lifts, wheelchairs, gait belts, and other re-positioning equipment.
• Some clients may have medical and other devices such as feeding tubes, catheters, and oxygen tanks that staff will be trained to use successfully.
• Recording all pertinent information and reporting to a direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• CNA license and/or familiarity with high medical needs including feeding tubes, diabetes, ostomies, etc.
• CBRF certification. If not certified, must become certified, we provide training
• Desire to help clients improve the quality of their lives to the best of their abilities
• Comfort working in programs with COVID+ individuals

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18.00/HR ($27.00/HR OT)
