Regional Director of Hospice Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice provider. They have a current need for a Regional Director of Hospice based in the Raleigh – Durham, NC area. Senior clinical and operational leadership in Medicare certified Hospice as a RN is a must. We are looking for a hands-on, team orientated leader. Start-up experience is a plus.

Regional Director of Hospice Job Requirements
  • Multi-site Hospice operational, financial, and clinical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare rules, regulations.
  • Registered Nurse required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
Regional Director of Hospice Job Responsibilities
  • Leadership of Hospice operations across multiple sites.
  • Oversite of directly reporting branch managers.
  • Ensure compliance with state / federal rules and quality clinical outcomes.
  • Help start-up new operations as needed.

An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
