Realty Kings Properties is seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a real estate assistant. The real estate assistant will perform a multitude of duties to support the team.
Tasks for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Track and coordinate team leads, prepare weekly lead distribution and conversion report
- Host weekly productivity sessions with team agents
- Manage client database and files
- Keep CRM up to date
- Prepare documents for buyer orientations, listing appointments, etc.
- Manage team member schedules
- Coordinate the transaction through its life-cycle (paperwork, sign & lock box placement, photography, ordering home warranties, client updates, and closing preparation).
- Systems maintenance and implementation
- Follow-up with clients post-closing to secure reviews
- Attend training sessions, teleconference calls and meetings as required.
- Plan and organize office and client events
- Oversee social media calendar and postings
- Provide administrative support to Broker
- Assist with team training and new team member on-boarding
- Run errands, as needed
- Perform marketing and sales activities (both inside and outside of office)
- Occasional weekend duties required
- Bi Lingual is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $16-$18/hr (depends on experience)

Experience in real estate sales helpful, RE license not necessary to start but you must be actively pursuing your license for consideration.
