Property Maintenance Manager Job at Axiom

Axiom develops software for the top architectural and engineering firms on the planet. Our customers design and build everything from highways and bridges to sports stadiums.
We are looking to hire a Building Maintenance Manager to maintain our building and grounds. This position will have projects to oversee and supervisor vendors when needed.
We are seeking someone with previous building maintenance, handyman or building trades experience.
Duties include:
- Organize repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee any projects such as repainting and so on.
- Plan, hire and manage the work of contractors.
- Submit requests to purchase items needed for the property.
- Submit written detailed reports of work done.
Requirements:
- Must have a good sense of orderliness and cleanliness.
- Experience as a handyman is a plus.
- Ability to compose documents and communication using accurate punctuation, and grammar.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or similar.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to manage other employees.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new data learned.
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, and other trades are a plus.
- Pay rate dependent on experience and skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
