Qualifications:

The Property Coordinator provides outstanding organizational and administrative support to the maintenance department including: business communication, computer input, filing, answering telephones, assigning work orders, printing and compiling reports, managing inventory, maintaining files and department records.

• Two years of successfully performing administrative duties. Minimum of two years of housekeeping and maintenance experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license and acceptable driving abstract
• Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
