Your Key Responsibilities

To ensure proper closing of every shop order for financial accounting and variance reporting accuracy.

• Controls the ordering processes and bookings, in order to ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the order freeze.
• Ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the production order closure.
• Ensure capacity based on rolling planning (labor, machines).
• Refine sequencing on machines on shift basis.
• Check whether production orders are correctly booked and if order is in accordance with current delivery.
• Overview the costs of an order in terms of quality.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent
• Analytical skills to determine best way to satisfy customer needs
• Ability to control flow of goods throughout the manufacturing process
• Ability to foresee potential shortages of material needed and follow through with corrective actions
• Excellent communication skills with the shop floor, warehouse, and sub-contractors

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Experience with production orders, inventory, planning
• Relevant experience in inventory control
• 3 to 5 years experience in Production Planning
