What’s attractive about the Production Associate position?

· $2,000 New Hire Bonus

· $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

· Day Shift

What Success Looks Like:

• Assists Machine Operator with various tasks
• Responsibilities include feeding machines, operating gluers, sorting and piling wood.
• Maintaining a work area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Works safely and complies with all safety rules and work practices.
• Complies with company policies and procedures
• Maintains a positive work attitude and promotes a "team" approach
• Keeps supervisor informed of job-related problems and quality issues
• Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day.

We are Looking for a Candidate that Has:

• High school education or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Manual/finger dexterity skills
