THE POSITION

As Traffic Coordinator, Product Design & Innovation, (Full-time Hourly), you are responsible for managing the flow of work in coordination with the Director of Product Design & Innovation for creative projects in a product development setting. The Traffic Coordinator will function as the main point of contact for ensuring that projects maintain targeted completion deadlines, working as a liaison between internal teams in the purchasing, visual, business & product development communities. The Traffic Coordinator will be involved on all aspects of the creative development process, with focused assistance on file management and design tool and asset management. In addition to managing workflow, project lists, and design assets, the Traffic Coordinator will implement a reporting cycle and track progress of completed projects from an overall profitability standpoint. The Traffic Coordinator will be engaged with internal teams to implement a clear path of the brand and company vision.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management

Manages projects from start to completion, acting as orchestrator of scopes of work and deadline implementation. Upon project completion will continue to follow project success through reporting while analyzing findings with the Director of Product Design & Innovation for future decision making when implementing new projects.

  • Determine and provide key dates and timelines to internal and external teams
  • Ensure orderly flow and time management of projects from beginning to end
  • Maintain a system of scheduled reporting and analytical detail for creative projects ensuring that department KPIs remain in focus

Coordination | Collaboration

Acts as main coordinator while implementing a framework for planning and controlling workflow amongst various teams. Will advise on scheduling and manage conflicts based on return and project profitability.

  • Manage progress of projects while adjusting to delays
  • Identify issues before they arise, proactively understanding the business side of creative projects and adjusting timelines when necessary
  • Consult with internal teams on priorities while in turn maintaining a detailed view of available resources to stay in front of scheduling needs.

Brand Standardization | Asset Management

Manages creative assets for the company such as fonts, logos, and design files. The Coordinator will be responsible in ensuring that all graphic assets are maintained and updated, as necessary. In addition to managing the creative assets the Project Coordinator will also manage branding guidelines for outside partnerships.

  • Manages all partnership logo assets and brand standards. Acts as an internal brand ambassador for partnerships in approving branded products, ensuring all brand guidelines are met.
  • Maintains all graphic design assets with the ability to update assets as needed using creative systems and tools.
  • Ensures design files adhere to production standards by reviewing all contractor working assets.

Qualifications:

  • Mastery Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
