As a Product Analyst within the Chase MyHome (Explore | Buy | Manage) Product Team, your primary responsibilities will be to assist in executing the strategic direction of the overall product roadmap. You should understand the business value of the book of work and use critical thinking to help our Area Product Owners and Product team members make informed decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams comprising of product, customer experience designers, data analysts and technologists. You will work with the delivery owner in helping to manage key product delivery processes and priorit ies to maximize the value of the product. You will work within the agile process to help support ongoing backlog management and prioritization, plan and coordinate capacity, communicate, and monitor progress.

Role Responsibilities:
  • You will be a key team member helping drive the overall delivery of key initiatives on our product roadmap and support the product's long-term strategic vision.
  • Actively lead discussions to advance the product roadmap initiatives through product and agile processes.
  • Support end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including intake, prioritization, discovery, build, test, release, and rollout in partnership with area product teams, data, design, and technology
  • Serve as a lead on delivery processes and provide guidance to team members
  • Understand and mitigate risks in delivery milestones, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle.
  • Develop clear process documentation for product team including training materials, job aids, workflows, and other materials as needed to support product delivery.

Working with the Delivery Owner, you will:
  • Collaborate within the product and across the Home Lending transformation team to drive product delivery
  • Establish, lead and refine delivery processes for the product team ensuring streamlined execution of roadmap
  • Influence, inform and monitor overall product delivery and backlog health while keeping up to date on transformation practice advancements
  • Interact regularly with product team members to understand needs and develop potential solutions to meet those needs
  • Provide leadership and communication for cross-product/cross-business initiatives
  • Engage Technical leadership, Area Product Owners and team members

Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in supporting product management delivery and execution, preferably across Home Lending/Financial Services
  • Experience supporting and maintaining a roadmap across a large and diverse organization
  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities
  • Sense of urgency with disposition to execute and mentor team members on tools and processes to follow
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take accountability for those decisions while candidly challenging the status quo to drive the right employee and customer outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with ability to fluidly interact with senior leaders, key stakeholders, employees and third-party vendors
  • Independently establishes and manages relationships with internal technology and product partners as required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience with Jira and confluence
  • Bachelor's Degree required
