Pool Construction Foreman Job at Confidential
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensuring the on-time and on-budget completion of assigned residential pool construction projects. You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing build-out schedules for multiple custom residential pools while coordinating all construction project activities and services. Managing subcontractors for scheduling, cost effectiveness and quality control. Oversee purchase orders and agreements. Problem-solving and customer satisfaction involvement. Keeping projects within appropriate budgets and time frames. Creating project estimates and invoices. Traveling to different jobs daily. Utilizing an approved project management software.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and has excellent time management skills. Must have knowledge of all phases of in-ground swimming pool construction from start to finish.
Experience: *Construction Superintendent 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: *Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
