An OB hospitalist opportunity is now available in Mississippi. The facility has well-equipped labor, delivery, and recovery suites. You will operate in a Level II NICU. The hospital has in-house anesthesia coverage. Total hospital deliveries will average 80 a month. The incoming physician can expect 940 deliveries annually (for the entire hospital), but you will also have other patient encounters. The OB hospitalists will not have to provide gynecology coverage. Work a minimum of 6, 24-hour shifts per month.

This hospital-employed opportunity has a competitive hourly rate. You will be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, vacation/PTO, CME allowance, a retirement plan, and malpractice with tail coverage.

Come work in northern Mississippi where you will be less than 90 minutes from Memphis, TN and 2 hours to Birmingham, AL. It is a small town with a Level II NICU, but it has a lot of Southern charm.
