AXIS Brain & Back Physical Therapy is a well-established and respected outpatient orthopedic facility, with an emphasis on pre/post spine surgery rehabilitation in the North Fort Worth/Alliance area and Southlake, Texas area. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. We are committed to delivering high quality, one-on-one care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

● Perform PT evaluations on each new patient, Re-Evaluations per insurance & clinic requirements and Discharge Summaries.

● Work with the PT director & PTA to implement the patient's treatment program.

● Coordinates with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement activities and programs based on the patient’s individual treatment needs.

● Handle scheduling of patient’s treatment, clinical visits and billing, and other documentation per the department’s requirements.

● Works with patients’ families and caregivers to implement treatment plans and appropriate activities at home.

● Maintains updated documentation on all the patients treated.

● Assist in training of student interns.

● Be willing to travel as needed between clinics.

Qualifications;

● Graduate from an accredited college with an PT curriculum.

● New Grads welcome. One or more year(s) of outpatient orthopedic experience. ● Current state of Texas license, Current CPR certification.

● Experience with WebPT for electronic medical record charting & billing and eClinicalWorks to view Dr notes & reports.

● Outgoing and energetic personality.
