Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) Job at Wellcare PAL
Wellcare Pal is looking for a well-rounded mandarin-speaking Personal Assistant to the company management team. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and able to hold many different hats within the company.
This is an in-person position, located at East Los Angeles.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for the team
- Drafting and sending professional e-mails
- Assisting in marketing campaigns
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Data entry
- Prepare reports/drafts/correspondences
- Assist in resolving administrative issues
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in speaking, writing and reading English
- Must be fluent in speaking, writing and reading Mandarin
- Must be a team player!
- Organized, detailed, and on-time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Base compensation ranges from $16 - $20 based on experience and qualifications. Great room for growth and learning for the motivated talent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Los Angeles, CA 90022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
