Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist with 2-4 years’ experience in processing multiple company payrolls. Our ideal incumbent has expertise in utilizing automated payroll systems and processing hospital and clinic payrolls. Experience with Paycom or Paychex is preferred.
The Payroll Specialist processes, analyzes and verifies payrolls on a bi-weekly bases. The successful incumbent is detail oriented and focuses on accuracy. The Payroll Specialist prepares and submits 401K, HSA, and FSA reports. Processes physician bi-weekly draws, 401K, pension and additional benefits. Processes monthly and bi-annual bonus payments. Review, analyze and balance benefit invoices. Leads year-end functions includes W2’s, 1094 and 1095C. This position works closely with accounts payables and human resources. Cross-train in accounts payables and willing to do special projects.

Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)
- Payroll legal understanding: 2 years (Preferred)
