Position Summary

Summary

Organizes and manages all aspects of payroll through the company’s payroll system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs payroll and garnishment administration.


Coordinates weekly and bi-weekly payroll process and payment distribution.

Provides ad hoc reporting for management, tax and governmental reports.

Provides reporting on labor and production information.

Processes payment for company incentive programs.


Assists in development of financial policies.


Provides payroll support and guidance to plants/branches and management.

Performs general accounting functions relating to payroll, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close.

Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting and 2-3 years experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
