Ditch Witch Mid-States is looking for a parts sales associate to build an exciting and rewarding career in heavy equipment parts and service parts coordination. This position plays a vital role in providing superior product support while resolving customers questions and offering solutions to keep their equipment and company productive on the jobsite. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide equipment parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person, at the counter/over the phone

· Sales of construction equipment parts and associated products

· Preparation of quotes and processing sales orders

· Loading & unloading freight and customer trucks

· Process all incoming and outgoing freight·

· Assisting in all basic warehouse operations/duties

Job Requirements:

· Must have a mechanical aptitude

· Must have positive can-do attitude.

· Display passion for detail and customer service.

· Requires thorough knowledge of all phases of the parts department.

· Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Perform all duties in alignment with company core mission, vision, values.

· Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds, proper lifting techniques required.
