Part-Time Operations Coordinator (Remote)
At ArborBridge, our number one goal is to build an inclusive team that's excited to help families and educators overcome the stress of the test-taking and academic process. The Operations Coordinator plays an important role part in this team by performing the foundational tasks (proctoring, scoring, and materials) that allow students and tutors to achieve success with tutoring programs, while also helping our company meet its revenue goals and live its values.
This is a part-time, 15 hour per week position. Successful candidates will be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8:30 AM- 1:30 PM Eastern Time

You understand how stressful the test-taking process can be and are ready to offer ways to ease the burden for students and their families. You are proactive in identifying and communicating potential or developing issues. If you get a message from a customer about a concern, you are quick to offer a solution-based response that considers the larger aspects of the situation as well as the immediate problem.
- Providing detailed support by email for students scheduled to complete diagnostic or practice exams either with the auto proctor system or a live online proctor
- Answering time-sensitive questions from online proctors and/or proctoring student exams, as assigned
- Coordinating score report distribution, ensuring that complete and correct results are sent to families within promptly
- Distributing test prep materials
- Responding quickly and clearly to inquiries from students, families, counselors, and team members, minimizing confusion and misinformation between all parties
- Other projects as needed
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing position
- Previous experience in a test prep or education role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details and tasks with ease
- Ability to work independently in a remote-work environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
- Hourly rate of $20-$24 per hour, dependent on experience
