Paralegal- Immigration (Bi-lingual English/Vietnamese) Job at Birach Law, PC
Paralegal needed for a top-rated immigration law practice located in Southfield Michigan who is fluent in both the English Vietnamese languages. Must be able to speak, understand, read and write Vietnamese to conduct client interviews and translate legal documents. Some familiarity with immigration law and procedure would be nice but the lack thereof is not a deal breaker as I intend to enroll the new hire in the American Immigration Law Associations paralegal training program. However, general paralegal skills such as client communications, scheduling, information gathering, research, time management and familiarity with legal terminology are expected. Must be detail oriented, patient, imaginative and creative. I prefer self-starters who are not flustered by shifting priorities, can meet filing deadlines and can work without constant oversight. (I have a very "hands-off" management style and as long as everybody is getting their work done, I am happy.)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
