Providence Care is currently hiring a full time nurse practitioner to join our amazing team in the Rock Hill, Catawba, South Carolina and surrounding areas to care for patients in their homes and facilities who are enrolled in our Palliative Care Program.

Responsibilities:

• Offer skilled nursing / physician services to patients who suffer from advanced illnesses.
• Conduct physical assessments, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat common conditions, provide screenings, interventions, counseling, and prescribe medications as needed to patients in the geriatric population.

Qualifications:

• Valid ANP license in the state of SC
• 1 year of ANP experience preferred
• Previous hospice, home health or palliative care experience a plus but not required
• Passion for helping others
• Willingness to travel to patients homes within the coverage area
