Title: Personal Care Aide / Wellness Aide (CNA Trainee)
Job Duties: The Personal Care Aide / Wellness Aide will assist licensed staff to meet the physical and emotional needs of each client; maintain a clean, comfortable, safe environment and interacts with all departments.
CNA Training: The Personal Care Aide will lead into the Nursing Assistant Training Program when the class begins. Participation in the NATP class is mandatory. The NATP class will train Personal Care Aides on becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Certification is dependent upon the individual passing state board exams. The training is provided to the employee at no cost to them.
Schedule: During the training the schedule will be AM shift, when not in training other schedules available.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
2. California Driver's License preferred
About the Campus: The Skilled Nursing program at Crestwood Wellness & Recovery Center in Redding is a system of care which incorporates the concepts of wellness and recovery. It promotes wellness across the spectrum of the human systems of physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs.
