Path Forward IT (PFIT), a Blue Alliance company, is a national IT services provider with origins in healthcare IT. Since 2002, Path Forward IT has been troubleshooting, architecting, migrating, protecting, and securing IT environments for healthcare practices and businesses across a multitude of high-impact industries. At Path Forward IT, we are looking for the right person to fill the role of PACS Administrator.

The PACS Administrator serves a healthcare practice on-site in the Jacksonville, FL area. The individual in this role showcases ability to prioritize effectively by understanding the daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communications Systems. PACS Admin is a part of a larger technical team, which partners and supports any needs or escalation required to allow for the best client experience. This person will also assist with utilizing client’s EMR software, which can include support, implementation, and training.

• Keen ability to communicate and resolve client IT issues and dedication to follow an issue all the way to resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication with team members and VIP client partners
• A willingness and commitment to learn new things and grow new skill sets
• Working on-site with a large, specialty healthcare practice

• Diagnostic imaging
• Medical Equipment Management (MEM)
• PACS Administration
• Picture Archiving and Communication (PACS) Systems
• RadiologyOnc Software (Mosaiq)
• Onco EMR
• IT Glue
• ConnectWise
• Microsoft 365 Suite

As a Path Forward IT PACS Administrator, we’re counting on you to:

• Provides support to physicians, technologists and other medical staff when related to the overall operations of the PACS systems
• Ability to effectively train others in computer skills related to the RIS / PACS system
• Oversees equipment maintenance and systems testing, upgrading, and installing
• Maintain IT Environment at Client Radiology sites, to include all support tickets
• Maintain updated client documentation
• Act as first point of service for all client Radiology/PACs tickets
• Continually advance skills and training
• Work with Leadership to conduct and document root cause analysis or high impact issues
• Provide support in the resolution of all application issues
• Support integration and/or interface between EMR application and third-party vendors
• Process implementation; creating and training on processes and procedures for scoping and delivering medical applications
