- Answer and coordinate phone calls during the night and early morning hours.
- Review and process inbound and outbound mail.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Processing outgoing mail.
- Handling returned checks.
- Checking and tracking accounts receivables.
- Completing financial reports.
- Assisting the department manager.
