Description:
Oracle DBA with good hands-on experience on managing large scale database environments - Oracle 19c, 12c, 11g
Installation and configuration of Oracle DB instances
DB builds, Patching and hardening
Data Export/Dump and Import/Load
Experience on database high availability
DB User Access Maintenance
Carry out maintenance activities to keep all database systems healthy and meet our SLA availability requirements. (i.e. stats collection, reorgs, growth rates, space management, .)
Backups & Restoration
DR tests
Database replication configuration
DB Provisioning and Decomissioning
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cary, NC 27519: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- MySQL: 1 year (Preferred)
- Database administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Oracle: 1 year (Preferred)
