OPERATIONS MANAGER

PTG Logistics LLC, is seeking a motivated experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall performance of the operation including delivery, quality, safety, contractor management, customer service and office operations. This manager needs to have experience in driving results for improvement of the location in St. Louis, MO

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Previous Home Delivery Management preferred.
• Associate Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Sound administrative skills, well developed management skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, and motivate delivery personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed designated quality and performance goals.
• Daily interaction with contractors, client and their customers to maintain and ensure a quality and effective relationship.
• Dealing with contracted service issues through a “hands on” environment.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
