Operations Manager Job at ExperCARE
Directly Reports to: Operations Leadership
The Nursing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of all current ExperCARE locations. They ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer care by managing a full engaged, clinically competent team who embodies the core values of ExperCARE. The Nursing Manager ensures that the clinic operations are in line with ExperCARE’s operational and budgetary standards and regularly communicates with the Executive Team.
The individual who assumes this position must be intelligent, personable, hands-on, dynamic and innovative. They must also possess exceptional strategic and operational leadership skills combined with a daily “roll-up-your sleeves” attitude.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provides leadership, directly supervises, and acts a role model for the clinical staff
- Effectively manage and oversee schedules for providers and clinic team members to include PTO requests
- Assist in actively recruiting highly qualified team members that match ExperCARE’s DNA
- Continually assess needs in areas of performance management, career development, leadership development and drive solutions for all team members
- Maintains the environment of care according to all OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory agency standards and guidelines
- Maintains and oversees clinic supplies to include ordering and inventory management
- Responsible for completing all monthly facility checklists and escalating any recurring issues to leadership
- Ensure company culture is built and maintained in every clinic, every single day
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by company leadership
Nursing Protocols:
- Consults with clinical staff regarding nursing issues
- Participate in interviewing and selection of clinical staff
- Review and evaluate performance of employees
- Establishing policies and procedures for department
- Train/orient employees to clinic protocols
- Maintain and update certificate and licenses for department and staff
- Continuation of on-the-job training for new equipment, testing, procedures
- Annual training for current protocols
