Operations Associate Job at Eagle Industrial Group Inc.
Job Brief:
We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business operations.
The Operations Department is the backbone of the organization. We are tasked with assisting all departments with information gathering and data analysis. We make recommendations based on this data to the best of our abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Order Routing for multiple Distribution Centers
- Tracking Upload through EDI and other systems
- Assist with Demand Planning schedules
- Inventory Management
- Data entry into QuickBooks system
- Coordinate with 40+ Installers for inventory needs
- Maintain schedule of operations
- Cooperate on inter-departmental projects
- Additional duties as they arise assigned by Operations Supervisor
Requirements and Skills:
- Critical thinking
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Completing tasks as assigned correctly and on-time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
