The Office Specialist II for Baptist Cardiology will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist II may include:
- Patient registration
- Check in and check out
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Telephone protocols
- Assisting patients as needed
