Office Manager/ Production Scheduler
Company Background:
Family-owned business, located in Rome, NY has been operating and growing for the past 65 years. Primary business is manufacture of precision and custom tools. With continuous growth we are looking for a full time responsible, detail orientated Office Manager/ Production Scheduler
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Maintain accounts payable/receivables using QuickBooks Accounting System
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Outlook, Microsoft, Excel)
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with top management, production, and sales staff.
- Responsible for maintaining and scheduling ship dates for all customer orders.
- Responsible for preparing all packages for shipment daily.
- Responsible for purchasing necessary parts to fulfill orders.
- Experience in an office environment, use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Programs is preferred. Experience with ISO 9001 is a plus.
- A degree isn't necessary, we could train.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Someone with 3-5 yrs in an office environment required
Benefits (waiting period may apply):

Starting wages: $18.00 - $19.00 DOE any hours over 40 are paid as OT
