We are hiring a Full-time Nurse Practitioner
At PopHealthCare, our mission is simple - to lead the effort in reimagining how healthcare is delivered. We are bold innovators, dedicated to making a difference and we hire wicked smart people! Our Nurse Practitioners are responsible for providing health care to patients in their home. You will be covering -S.West Phoenix | N. Central Phoenix. This is a FULL-TIME position, not per diem or part-time. There is a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus offered as well!

Qualifications
- Holds active unencumbered license in Arizona
- Board Certified with AANP or AANC
- Has an active DEA License
- Current CPR Certification
- Must have valid state driver license and automobile insurance
- Strong computer skills with knowledge working in an Electronic Medical Records system
- 2+ years' experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients preferred
- Must be willing to travel in 50-mile radius from primary residence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $108,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
