The starting hourly pay for this role is $20.50/hour. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.

About the role:
As a Ground Operations Truck Driver, you will be primarily responsible for deploying palletized shipments from our Philadelphia Warehouse to our spoke locations in Northern Virginia, New Jersey and Elkridge.
This position is full-time, hours will be anywhere from 32-40 per week.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a track record of dependability and safe driving
• Be able to lift up to 50 lb packages
• Be comfortable driving nights and possible inclement weather
• Be highly trustworthy, dependable, and independent

Required Qualifications:

• At least 25 years old
• A clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the US
• Night shift required
• Experience driving a 26’ box truck
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a DOT Background and medical check
• Requires a driving exam

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified forklift operator
• Professional truck driving experience
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay/Benefits/Hours

• $22/Hour + Equity

• 12pm-8pm and/or 5am-12pm

Responsibilities:

* A shift will consist of ~5.5 hours of driving and 2.5 to 4.5 hours of loading and unloading pallets. Ground Operations Truck Drivers generally will work in pairs of two, assuring safety.
