Our Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell location is looking for a Product Concierge.
What you will do:
- Greet Customers upon walking in the door, or on the lot.
- Retrieve all information from customer up front so that you know what they are looking for.
- Work side by side with managers in order to complete the process.
- Communicate, take notes, share.
- Follow up with all customers.
- Provide customers and management with accurate information.
- Etc.
What we are specifically looking for:
- Someone who can get along with our current team.
- Someone with good organizational skills
- Fast-paced workers.
- Quick learners.
- Detail oriented.
- Willing to help others when needed.
What you need to qualify:
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to complete and pass background check and drug screening
How will you succeed?

Experience:
Not Required, but prefer 2-3 years.
