Role: *
Provide member services and resolve member questions or concerns in a branch setting. Consistently delivers exceptional member service and effectively uncovers member needs and offers appropriate solutions. Responsible for making referrals to business partners.

Knowledge and Skills: *
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to use multiple applications on a computer simultaneously, willingness to learn, strong member service focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds to transfer money and coins. Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
