Regal Rexnord Corporation is seeking to fill two Journeyman Maintenance positions at our Wausau, Wisconsin location.

Performs preventative, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance on production equipment, building, grounds, material handling equipment and company vehicles. Performs set-ups to production equipment. Assist in relocating production equipment as needed.

Multi-skilled maintenance individual with both mechanical and electrical experience. Duties include, but are not limited to: General maintenance, industrial wiring, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical and electronic components and systems including controls. Knowledge of ladder logic, PLC, and CNC trouble shooting required. Repairs to solid state apparatus to component level and digital diagnosis to board level. Must have previous licensed forklift and manlift experience. Maintenance Technical Certificate, HVAC, and eAM experience a plus.

Work schedule is primarily day shift with some off shift work required based on production downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour based on experience and education.

Qualifications


Wisconsin journeyman preferred; Must be willing to become a journeyman in ether Millwright or Maintenance Mechanic with an have emphasis on mechanical and mechanical systems.

The following are examples of the major qualifications and is not all inclusive.

  • Post high school education in related programs.
  • Proficient in the use of basic hand and associated power tools.
  • Basic understanding of machining with lathe, knee mill and grinder experience.
  • Established welding skills. (Mig, Tig, and cutting torch)
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment. (fork truck)
  • Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Able to read and understand blue prints, drawings and machine manuals.
  • Basic understanding of electrical schematics and controls.
  • High level of trouble shooting / problem solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Working knowledge of LOTO and safety rules and regulations.

Work schedule is primarily day shift with some off shift work and/or overtime required based on production needs.
