JOB DESCRIPTION
**Entry Level - Engineering Degree, No Exp Necessary**Responsible for the design and planning of new and existing products by performing engineering duties and developing, designing and testing mechanical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Responsible for planning, input, review, output, validation of, and changes of the design for assigned tasks.
- Maintain electronic job files as applicable to assigned tasks.
- Technical mechanical resource to Sales, Service and Production.
- Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
- Involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
- Cross-trains designated back-ups.
- Create/modify 3D parts & assemblies
- Create/ modify 2d Mechanical Drawings
- Mechanical Design Changes
- Create/ modify technical manuals.
- Creating/ modify work instructions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of science in mechanical engineering
- Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, 3D Modeling, and other software or technology as relevant to this position.
- Inventor experience required
- ERP system knowledge a plus
