Title: Math Tutor (Part-time)

Job Description:

Bay Area Math Tutoring is looking for talented and passionate tutors to join our team. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing individual and group tutoring sessions to K-12 students in various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with students virtually for individual or group tutoring sessions
• Assist students in understanding course material and improving their academic performance
• Develop customized tutoring plans based on student needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Currently or recently enrolled in a college or university
• Strong academic background in a subject area or multiple subject areas
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not required!
• Passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
