Position Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to Oversee the overall machine manufacturing process to ensure optimized production. Supervises and directs the personnel responsible for every stage of machine/production to ensure the manufacture of high quality and cost-effective product. Monitors employees and organizes workflow to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask, have excellent communication skills, and fosters positive relationships with customers and employees. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you should be able to follow instructions, work with others, and help ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the process and also hands on in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
• Oversee and operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Manages the periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
• Fill-out any documentation as required by team management.
• Guides the team in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
• Be in compliance with processes and procedures to ensure safety requirements are met.
• Implement, train others, and observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
• Oversee the machinery is operating and in good condition to ensure high productivity is met.

• Experience as a Machine Operator Manager Knowledge of Production Procedures
• Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
• Analytical Skills Attention to Detail Teamwork
• Physical Stamina and Strength Handle Heavy Equipment Work Independently Multitask
• Requirements: AA degree, higher education preferred.
• Experience in supervisor roles managing teams
• Combination of additional education and experience.
• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work, manage, guide direct reports and communicate well with others.
• Proficiency with hand tools. Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
