Manager RGM Performance Management Analytics and Insights Job at The Coca-Cola Company
The Manager RGM Performance Management will use data to identify opportunities for the NAOU to grow against the Commercial 7Cs (i.e., Sovi, CDE 10/k, etc.) both at an NAOU level and at a franchise /bottler level. This role will report to the Group Director of Execution Excellence and Performance Mgmt. This role will be responsible for preparing business reporting and Powerpoint slides to support the commercial outlook for the Monthly Business review, the Commercial LRP / ABP, and the Execution Cup (Marketstreet Challenge).
While this role will be remote based but be intimately involved with the local opportunities at a franchise level. This team will be analytical first, but also extremely action oriented with regard to opportunities for improved execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for mining the data in the Execution scorecards for insights (NAOU’s 7Cs)
- Supports Marketstreet Challenge reporting and tracking.
- Provide insights and actions against execution goals (e.g., CDE placement, net outlets, KOZS penetration)
- Provide insights and actions against aligned execution metrics (e.g., PicOS Acceptance % by Bottler, Market Street Challenge)
- Additional ad hoc analysis to support the business.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and some experience in execution measurements/tools (i.e., CDE 10k, SOVI, etc)
- Strong problem-solving mentality.
- Understanding of bottler operations is a plus (not a requirement)
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and PowerBI
Candidate Profile:
- Bottler operations is a plus, not required.
- Consistent display of the company’s leadership and growth behaviors

- Strong analytical skills – ability to draw insights and actions from data; ability to develop volumetric & financial models that can accommodate multiple inputs from diverse data sources and be used for scenario planning.
- Ability to lead complex analytical exercises/projects, construct and deliver a story, and influence action within the marketplace.
- Solid Data Interpretation skills – ability to understand complex data and ability to explain to Customers, Bottlers, etc. in a way that is meaningful to their business needs.
Experience & Background:
- 5+ years of leadership experience Commercial / Commercial Ops / Finance / Strategy or applicable fields
- Experience developing business plans / business cases; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs)
- Experience and comfort working directly with system leaders; aligning leaders with differing perspectives to gain consensus.
