The Manager of Clinical Services: 12P-8P ($4000 Sign On Bonus) will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and executive management in the oversight and clinical operations of the Acute, Residential and Outpatient Programs. This is a working Manager position.

Outpatient Responsibilities

  • Reviews IOP referral information to assure appropriate admissions under applicable facility admission criteria.
  • Primary program contact and provide case management services, group leadership, utilization review, and clinical supervision to staff.
  • Responsible for the clinical and financial functioning of the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patients, staff, insurance companies, collateral contacts and community/state/federal resources.
  • Demonstrates ability to create individualized, culturally competent, sustainable treatment and discharge plans.

Acute and Residential Responsibilities

  • Provides individual and/or group training to clinical staff on issues relevant to documentation compliance, including qualitative content.
  • Conducts group therapy and facilitates educational groups as needed to meet program requirements.
  • Evaluates and/or assesses clients as prescribed by regulation, policy or contract, on a timely basis.
  • Completes and assures completion of a discharge summary for each patient discharged from the facility.
  • Works collaboratively with other clinical an support departments to ensure outstanding customer service by identifying and meeting patient needs, responding appropriately to difficult interactions, setting and upholding specific Service Excellence expectations for staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the mental health field. At least two (2) years’ experience in clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Previous Intensive Outpatient Program experience preferred.
  • State of Florida LCSW, LMHC or LMFT licensure required.
