Primary responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, troubleshooting the following types of problems: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and controllers. Machine repair tasks including machine adjustment and alignment as well as general machining and fabrication of replacement parts to specifications. Facilities maintenance including HVAC, lighting, sprinkler, lift trucks etc. Necessary Qualifications: Electrical knowledge including motors, starters, control voltage, control circuits and PLCs, strong machining and welding skills. Excellent skills in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Previous machine troubleshooting and repair experience Ability to work under general supervision Working knowledge of blueprints and schematics Possession of a valid drivers license. Must have own tools.
