Job Description:
As a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician), you'll be the go-to person for all apartment maintenance issues. From HVAC, appliances, light plumbing and electrical, you'll diagnose and solve problems quickly and efficiently. You'll also prepare apartments for new residents and help keep the property grounds in top shape for maximum curb appeal. Plus, you'll take on additional projects and duties as needed, making this a dynamic and rewarding role. Join us and make a great impression on our residents, prospective residents, and guests!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20-$25/hr depending upon skills and experiences related to the role
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, with on-call rotation and weekend availability
What We’re Looking For:
- EPA Type II or Universal (preferred)
- Driver's License (required)
- CPO (preferred)
- High School or Equivalent Education (preferred)
- Maintenance Experience 1 year (preferred)
