Maintenance Mechanic Job at Onsite Personnel LLC
As a Maintenance Mechanic with our client in Cherry Hill, NJ, you will provide superior customer service as you troubleshoot equipment and deliver solutions. Working at our customer's facility, our Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for preventive maintenance, service, installation, and customer satisfaction. This position requires mechanical, electrical, hydraulic experience, and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Maintenance Mechanic)
· Excellent trouble shooting skills.
· Experience with modern industrial automation systems
· Experience working on high-speed packaging lines
· Strong analytical engineering problem solving, and productivity improvement skills required
Electrical systems experience required: (Maintenance Mechanic)
- 480V: 3 phase and single phase
- 24V and 48V AC/DC circuits & motors
- PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Allen Bradley RS Classics
- RS Logix 500 & 5000
- Micrologix 1000 & 1400
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Powerflex 4/40/525
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
- Maintaining conveyor systems (bulk resin, chain, cable, plastic chain, metal spiral)
