About the Job:

A typical day for a lawn care technician starts at 7am. We work Monday - Friday. After getting the truck ready, the truck is typically on the road by 7:30 on the way to its first stop. We primarily treat residential lawns by applying weed control and fertilizer. We typically treat about 15 lawns a days depending on the size of the lawns. Our lawn technicians are paid through lunch. The job entails treating mostly residential lawns with our custom built spray trucks. Our spray technicians are trained to treat the lawns with a hose from the truck in a pattern to ensure even adequate coverage. We also use backpack sprayers to spot treat weeds if needed. This job is a lot of daily physical exercise. Some of our guys say to expect to walk 7 miles a day. If you love being outside and you want to get daily exercise, this will be a great job for you! Our typical day ends about 4-5pm. Our trucks are filled at the end of the day for a great start the next day. We do have unlimited overtime opportunities as well for those that want to have a fat check.

Pay and Experience:

We offer up to $29 per hour not including any commissions for selling additional jobs along the route. An experienced technician can make over $1500 a week.

We also have kick ass health insurance. We match up to $200 a month and you choose a plan that suits your budget.

We also have a career ladder that shows you exactly how to get more $$ per hour. It has several steps and is very achievable if you want to increase your hourly rate el quicko.

We offer commission for selling our services to new clients and we do have many bonus opportunities from a weekly $100 bonus for being efficient and timely, and we pay $100 commission for any new clients that you sign up for our program. We would rather pay you! than Google adwords!
