How Will You Make a Difference?

• Regional coordination of lateral and entry-level hiring for five of Fish & Richardson’s US offices.
• Review resumes, work with search firms and the office’s attorneys to fill needs, schedule interview, coordinate offers and acceptance, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Work on special projects which have a significant impact on firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
• Manage the overall summer associate program for certain offices, including planning events, overseeing the office summer budget, and summer associate work assignments and evaluations.
• Coordinate attorney presentations on-campus at graduate schools and through student organizations; attend careers fairs as applicable.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and place a high value on attention to detail.
• Success building partnerships, credibility, and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the firm.
• Understanding the commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion throughout the firm’s recruiting programs.
