Are you a Lead Quality Engineer, from a manufacturing background, looking to join a market leading company offering specialist training and further career progression?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking company and progress into a quality management position.
My client is renowned in their industry for innovative products and are currently taking on new military contracts. They are now looking for a Quality Engineer to be based near New Heaven.
The role is very varied, but your main responsibilities will be leading a team of engineers and technicians. You will be split between the manufacturing shop floor and office.
This position would suit a Quality Engineer with some supervisory / management experience, looking to take the step up and progress into a quality management role in the near future.
The Role:
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians
- Split between shop floor and office
- Working with technical products for the military / commercial aircraft sector
- Client facing role
The Person:
- Quality engineer from a aerospace or electronics background
- Experience with AS 9100 environment
- Ideally some management / lead / supervisory experience
- Looking to progress into a Quality Management role
